At Smeg Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium Italian appliances. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select your order history to submit a return request, or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your appliance in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective styrofoam to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely attach it to the exterior of your return package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
